Mr. Sawardekar is a licensed therapist, social work supervisor, and certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS). 

Certified Administrator: Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) & Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS)

The IDI is a theoretically grounded and cross-culturally valid psychometric instrument wildly used globally for individual, group, and systemic intercultural change efforts. The ICS offers an applicable frame through which to approach conflict.

Omkar is certified and skilled in working with both tools to support individuals and groups in their intercultural development efforts.
